FXFlat offers Access to different Stock Exchanges & Over-The-Counter Derivatives

The FXFlat Bank GmbH is a pure financial commission agent in the sense of § 2 Abs. 2 Nr. 1 WpIG.
The FXFlat Bank GmbH offers private, professional and corporate clients two different business channels. On the one hand, customers can profit from FXFlat through the financial commission business, on the other hand, through the so-called support service.

Financial Commission Business

With the financial commission business, the client opens a so-called margin account with FXFlat and trades CFD, Forex spot or futures transactions very cost-effectively via the trading platforms MetaTrader 4 and 5, AgenaTrader as well as the Trader Workstation. All client orders to FXFlat Wertpapierhandelsbank are anonymously forwarded to strong liquidity providers in commission-based execution. This results in very favorable prices as well as low margin requirements, which are passed on to the clients by FXFlat within the framework of the regulatory requirements.

In the financial commission business, the customer opens a so-called margin account at FXFlat and trades CFD, Forex spot or futures transactions very cost-effectively via the trading platforms MetaTrader 4 and 5, AgenaTrader and the Trader Workstation. All orders of the customers to the FXFlat securities institute are passed on anonymously in commission-wise execution to strong liquidity providers. This results in very favorable prices as well as low margin requirements, which are passed on to the customers by FXFlat within the framework of the regulatory requirements.

Possible taxes, of private customers that are subject to taxation in Germany in the MetaTrader account type, are automatically transferred by FXFlat to the tax office (withholding tax). Those customers receive an annual tax certificate at the end of each year or, if required, during the year.

Client funds are held in segregated trust accounts at German depository institutions.

Support Service

Within the scope of the support service, the customer is supported by FXFlat in opening a trading account with a cooperation partner outside of Germany.

By long-standing cooperations with corresponding companies, the customer profits from very favourable prices. In addition, the customer can reach FXFlat around the clock from Sunday 23:00 to Friday 23:00 continuously by telephone and request support around this account connection. The trained employees of FXFlat are equally available for the customer.

Possible taxes are not automatically withheld by the FXFlat, since the account is held at a foreign institution outside of Germany. Therefore, the customer is responsible for the declaration of his taxes within his tax return.
