Extension of the GTC

Dear FXFlat customer,

we have expanded our business activities in recent weeks and are now proactively active in other countries within the EU.

As a result of this expansion, changes regarding the possibility of out-of-court dispute resolution have become necessary, which in turn necessitated an adjustment to the General Terms and Conditions (GTC), which was published today, Wednesday 24.03.2021 and is effective immediately. At the same time, the customer information was updated accordingly.

All tradable products and previous contract conditions remain unaffected.
