Extension of the General Terms and Conditions (GTC)

Dear customers,

we have expanded our business activities in the past weeks and are now operating in other countries within the EU, especially France.

Important notice:

the expansion we have made is exclusively for customers not assessed for tax purposes in Germany.

As a result of this expansion, amendments to the General Terms and Conditions (GTC) and other contractual documents have become necessary which were published today, 04.11.2021, and are effective immediately. In addition to the GTC, the amended contractual terms and conditions are the Basic Agreement, Customer Information and Risk Information.

All previously tradable products and contractual conditions remain unaffected and continue to exist in full without any changes.

The documents are now available on the website in the forms section.
