Changes to the General Terms and Conditions (AGB) 2020
Dear customers,
we hereby inform you of any changes to our General Terms and Conditions, as well as the Basic Agreement and the Customer Information.
These are extensions regarding the reporting obligations according to the Foreign Trade and Payments Ordinance (AWV) and a change in the area of trust accounts.
In accordance with our General Terms and Conditions, your consent to the changes will be deemed to have been given if you have not declared your rejection by 23.12.2020. We would like to point out at this point that FXFlat reserves the right of a cancellation in case of a rejection declared in due time.
You can terminate your account contract free of charge and without notice until 23.12.2020.
All other agreements regarding tradable products and costs remain unchanged.
